Fish the Faster Water
Salmon River
Water Temp: 49ºF     Flow: 335 cfs

With lower water, and the temps in the prime range for steelhead, these fish are hovering in the fast water chutes and runs. Later in the year, when the water gets colder and the fish's metabolism slows, target the slower pools, where the fish can live easier.

Take advantage of this flow, temperature, and relatively smaller crowds, depending on where you fish, and hit some fresh chrome.

We have a few prime dates left in November, some of our favorite weeks to be on the water, targeting steelhead. Give us a call to book your trip.
