( Slow start to Spring )
Salmon River
Water Temp: 35ºF     Flow: 1800 cfs

High water,Cold rain, just a typical day in steel head fishing.Finding the soft edges to current lines & breaks was all that was needed to provide some action.Spring wigglers,Chartreuse & Orange egg sucking leeches,Rubber legged stone fly all in sz.#6.A few more weeks should be all we need for some great spring steel head action.Hope to see you all on the water.
Tight lines,Joe&Sindbad
