( Slow Start for Many of You )
Salmon River
Water Temp: 67ºF     Flow: 335 cfs

Fishing thus far has become a guessing game. The fish that are already in the river system are moving up the river at a rapid pace. The good news is the air temperatures are cooling a bit, And if we get the amount of rain this week that is predicted, This week-end should show considerable improvement. Egg sucking leeches are still my first choice in fly selection.P.S. Their are some real nice ( Coho,s ) in the upper stretches at the moment.
